All classes go for 1-hour. Weekday classes capped at 16 people.

New to CrossFit? We've got you.

At Uplift, we want you to feel strong, confident, and ready to thrive in every class. 

Our Onboarding program is designed for anyone new to CrossFit – or those who’d like a refresher. Across 3 small-group sessions, our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals, focusing on proper technique, movement quality, and safety. You’ll discover your strengths, identify areas to work on, and build the confidence to step into classes feeling prepared and empowered.
